Corey is a transformative, inspirational, and multiple award-winning leader in healthcare with over 30 years of hands-on, person-centered care experience. His career has been defined by operational excellence across all levels of senior care, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and residential care facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and HUD housing properties.
A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Assisted Living Administrator, Alzheimer’s Educator, and Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Executive, Corey brings a rare and comprehensive skill set to the field. He has served as Executive Director for numerous senior living communities and has helped thousands of seniors transition into care environments with dignity and support. Along the way, he has employed and mentored thousands of healthcare workers, sharing his deep knowledge and passion for compassionate care.
Corey’s expertise in the financial and operational aspects of senior care is unmatched, offering clarity and reassurance to families navigating complex transitions. Throughout his career, he has observed a growing disconnect in public understanding of the rapidly expanding senior care population. This recognition led to the founding of Aura Senior Placement Solutions, where Corey’s mission is to provide more direct, personalized assistance to seniors and their families.
Corey’s commitment to service began early in life, inspired by watching his mother, a registered nurse, advocate tirelessly for his brother with special needs. Witnessing the challenges and systemic gaps in care left a lasting impression, instilling in him a lifelong drive to protect and uplift the most vulnerable. Aura Senior Placement Services is the culmination of Corey’s professional journey. Corey is a compassionate, expert-guided resource built on decades of experience, advocacy, and unwavering dedication to those in need.

Deb has spent 30+ years as a Human Resources leader helping people navigate their biggest life decisions. She also worked in long-term care and has seen firsthand the heart and commitment caregivers bring to their work; it’s something that gives her comfort in guiding her clients, having personally witnessed the love and devotion of caregivers in the industry. But nothing prepared Deb more for the work she does now than the personal experience of finding care for her own parent. She did it on her own, without any guidance, and she vividly remembers how overwhelming and emotional the process was.
That experience stayed with Deb and inspired her to become a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® and to start Aura Senior Placement Solutions. As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, Deb has earned her designation through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, demonstrating her comprehensive knowledge and commitment to ethically serving older adults. She brings together her professional expertise and a deep personal understanding of the challenges families face when navigating senior care decisions.
Beyond helping families find the best living arrangements, Deb uses her trusted professional network to support every part of the transition, from connecting you with eldercare attorneys to helping with the closing of a family home. This work is personal to Deb and she will be here to walk with you every step of the way.
